This is an usual look of a diver called stroke. Such ones have not to be dangerous. Much more dangerous are hidden ones, who have right gear (usually branded), but their thinking and behavior get you into troubles sooner than you will recognize it.

Short time ago I noticed good idea: instructors - they are the worst influence on diving that there is. (c) GI.
